Laguna Technopark in Sta. Rosa and Biñan is part of a well-planned community. Across the Technopark are a series of residential villages including Santarosa Village, San Jose Village and Santarosa Estates. These subdivisions have been developed by Laguna Properties Holdings, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc., the Philippines' premier real estate development company and Laguna Technopark's major shareholder. They are complemented by educational and religious institutions in the vicinity and a commercial complex to serve the needs of a growing populace, many of whom are employees of Technopark locators.
